IUWUH Community Rates
The prices shown on this page are IUWUH Community Rates, offered to eligible freelancers, solopreneurs, micro-businesses and small community operators.
Standard Commercial Rates
Larger organisations, established companies, agencies, institutions and government-linked bodies are quoted at Standard Commercial Rates. Scope, complexity, governance and turnaround requirements are usually different, so we quote these engagements individually.
Eligibility is confirmed before work begins.

A business output is a clearly defined deliverable with an agreed boundary and completion point. These are common examples, not a complete menu. We confirm what fits before the month begins; larger or more complex requests are quoted separately.
Website updates are included when the requested changes are clearly defined, suitable access is available, and IUWUH can safely make the changes within the existing platform.
Websites not created by IUWUH may require an initial compatibility review. Technical repairs, custom coding, redesigns, new functionality, platform migration and work requiring the original developer or another external specialist are quoted separately.
If an external developer is required, IUWUH can help prepare the brief, coordinate delivery and review the completed changes as a value-added service.

- An entrepreneur who just took over a business needs 8 months of accounts cleaned up for ACRA filing. We work alongside them at an expedited scope to meet the deadline while keeping their social content moving.
- A business preparing for a promotion might use the month for launch posts, supporting campaign designs, an edited reel and hands-on help for another agreed priority.
- A team launching a new service might use the month for social content, a proposal or pitch document, and light operational setup.
- We agree the mix around what your business actually needs that month.

Your plan is the product. As a thank-you for committing, we add a one-time sign-on bonus in service value when you come onboard.
Bonuses stack based on your initial commitment. We’ll confirm your total when you come onboard.
Sign-on bonuses apply to eligible IUWUH services. Advertising spend, supplier fees and other third-party costs remain separate.

Applied once when you join. Use it towards eligible IUWUH service fees. Not redeemable for cash or transferable. The longer your initial commitment, the larger the bonus; we confirm your total before you start.
Yes. Each plan starts with a clear monthly scope, but we can adjust the mix of agreed work as your priorities change. We agree the month's work together before it begins, and larger or unusually complex requests are scoped separately.
Anything outside the agreed monthly scope is confirmed and quoted before work begins.

Onboarding, tone calibration and workflow setup take about 4–6 weeks, so shorter arrangements rarely give you the full value. After four months you continue month-to-month with one month’s notice. One-off services carry no commitment at all.
Available to active members so campaigns run alongside work already in motion. Ad spend and new creative are separate. We do not promise guaranteed leads, conversions or performance.

An in-person capture top-up for members whose plan content is otherwise edited from client-supplied media.

Physical photography and filming are not part of standard plan content.
