IUWUH Service Terms

These terms explain the general conditions that apply when working with IUWUH. Your accepted quotation or proposal will define the specific deliverables, fees, timeline and any agreed exceptions for your engagement.

IUWUH is a trading name used by As We Move Pte. Ltd. In these terms, “IUWUH”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to As We Move Pte. Ltd., while “client”, “you” and “your” refer to the person or organisation engaging IUWUH.

Version: 1.1
Effective: 23 July 2026
Priority: Project-specific quotation terms take priority where expressly stated.

1. How These Terms Apply

These terms apply to IUWUH memberships, Defined Services, event engagements, marketing and business-support work, procurement engagements and any other work where they are incorporated into an accepted quotation, proposal or written engagement confirmation.

The documents governing an engagement apply in this order:

  1. Any accepted written change to the engagement;
  2. The accepted quotation or proposal;
  3. The version of these Service Terms referenced in that quotation or proposal; and
  4. Relevant website descriptions.

A project-specific term takes priority only where it expressly differs from these general terms.

Descriptions and prices on the IUWUH website are starting points. They do not create an obligation to provide work until IUWUH has issued and the client has accepted a written scope.

2. Enquiries, Quotations and Acceptance

Submitting an enquiry through the website, email, WhatsApp or another messaging channel does not create a service agreement.

An engagement begins when the client accepts an IUWUH quotation, proposal or written engagement confirmation. Acceptance may occur through written or electronic confirmation, payment of an agreed deposit or first invoice, or a written instruction to commence work.

The person accepting an engagement on behalf of an organisation confirms that they have authority to do so.

A quotation remains available for the period stated in that quotation. Supplier prices, availability and delivery estimates may change before an order or booking is confirmed.

Quotations should reference:

  • The applicable Service Terms version;
  • Its effective date;
  • A direct link to /service-terms; and
  • Any project-specific terms that differ from these general terms.

Suggested acceptance wording:

“By accepting this quotation, you agree to the scope and fees stated here and to the IUWUH Service Terms, version 1.1, effective 23 July 2026. Any expressly different project-specific terms in this quotation take priority.”

3. Scope and Deliverables

The accepted quotation defines the engagement, including its deliverables, exclusions, fees, responsibilities and expected timeline.

Unless expressly included, an engagement does not include additional deliverables, revisions, formats, locations, users, integrations, suppliers, campaigns or periods of support beyond the accepted scope.

IUWUH will provide the agreed services with reasonable skill and care. Timelines are reasonable estimates unless the quotation expressly describes a deadline as guaranteed.

Drafts, working files, source files, raw footage, research material and internal planning documents are not deliverables unless expressly included.

If an engagement requires IUWUH to act or communicate on the client’s behalf, the permitted activity and approval process must be agreed. IUWUH has no authority to enter contracts or make legal commitments for the client unless expressly authorised in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities and Approvals

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and timely information;
  • Supply required copy, assets, records, credentials and supporting documents;
  • Nominate a primary contact with authority to provide instructions and approvals;
  • Review drafts, specifications, quotations and requests without unreasonable delay;
  • Confirm that client-provided materials may be lawfully used;
  • Obtain required internal approvals, licences, releases and permissions;
  • Maintain appropriate backups of its own records and systems; and
  • Comply with laws, regulations and platform policies relevant to its business and the engagement.

IUWUH may rely on information and approvals supplied by the client.

Approval of a draft, design, specification, supplier quotation, order or submission confirms that the client has reviewed its material content. Corrections requested after approval may require additional fees or affect the timeline.

The client remains responsible for its business decisions, legal obligations, factual claims, prices, offers and use of the final work.

5. Starting Prices, Fees and Additional Work

Starting prices cover only the stated entry scope. Final fees depend on complexity, volume, timeline, delivery requirements and third-party costs.

Fees, deposits, billing stages and payment timing are stated in the accepted quotation or membership confirmation.

Additional work will not proceed until the additional scope, fee and timing have been confirmed in writing. If urgent additional work is requested, IUWUH will still confirm the applicable fee in writing before proceeding.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are in Singapore dollars.

6. GST, Deposits and Third-Party Costs

As at the effective date of these terms, IUWUH is not GST-registered and does not charge GST on its professional fees.

If IUWUH becomes GST-registered in the future, GST will apply from the legally required effective date.

For eligible memberships confirmed by 31 December 2026, IUWUH will absorb the applicable GST within the accepted membership price while the same plan remains continuously active. This means the total membership price will not increase solely because IUWUH becomes GST-registered.

This price protection does not apply to:

  • Changes of plan;
  • Changes of scope;
  • Additional services or add-ons;
  • Supplier or contractor costs;
  • Software, advertising or production expenses;
  • GST charged by third-party providers; or
  • Changes required by law.

Third-party costs may include suppliers, contractors, venues, crew wages, software, advertising spend, printing, equipment rental, freight, duties, import GST, warehousing, certification, installation and specialist services.

Third-party costs require client approval. Wherever practical, the client should pay the provider directly.

IUWUH is not required to finance client purchases or advance substantial third-party costs.

Changes in supplier prices, currency conversion, platform charges, taxes or government fees may be passed through to the client after notice.

Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid. Any resulting delivery-date change is not treated as an IUWUH delay.

7. Revisions and Change Requests

Included revision rounds are stated in the service description or quotation.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to an agreed direction. A new direction, replacement concept, additional format, new page or substantial change to approved work is additional scope.

Clients should consolidate feedback wherever possible. Separate or conflicting feedback from multiple stakeholders may be treated as additional revision work.

Correcting a clear IUWUH error against the accepted brief does not consume a revision round.

A change may affect fees, resources and delivery dates. IUWUH will explain those effects before the change proceeds.

8. Scheduling, Client Delays and Rescheduling

Timelines depend on timely information, approvals, access, payment and third-party performance.

If the client delays the engagement, IUWUH may:

  • Move delivery dates;
  • Reallocate booked resources;
  • Reschedule sessions or production;
  • Revise supplier quotations; or
  • Requote work where the scope or circumstances have materially changed.

Requests to reschedule a confirmed shoot, working session or event should be made as early as possible.

Supplier, venue, crew, travel or production costs already committed may remain payable even where the client reschedules or cancels.

Any service-specific cancellation or rescheduling windows will be stated in the applicable quotation.

9. Cancellation, Suspension and Termination

A client cancelling a defined engagement remains responsible for:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date;
  • Approved third-party commitments;
  • Non-recoverable supplier costs; and
  • Any cancellation amount stated in the quotation.

Treatment of deposits will be stated in the applicable quotation.

Either party may terminate an engagement for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice.

IUWUH may suspend work for non-payment, unsafe conditions, unlawful instructions, abusive conduct, material non-cooperation or a serious security concern.

On termination, the client must pay undisputed fees and approved costs incurred up to the termination date. IUWUH will provide paid-for completed deliverables that are reasonably ready for release.

10. Memberships and Sign-On Bonuses

Memberships begin with a four-month minimum commitment unless the membership confirmation states otherwise.

After the initial commitment, the membership continues month-to-month and may be ended with one calendar month’s written notice.

The membership obligation continues throughout the initial commitment unless IUWUH agrees otherwise or the engagement is terminated for an unremedied material breach.

Membership plans are not unlimited-service or dedicated-staff arrangements. The accepted membership confirmation defines the agreed monthly mix of work.

The website plan descriptions are starting configurations. A different service mix may be agreed, but it must remain within a reasonable equivalent scope or be separately priced.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Monthly deliverables, calls and included capacity reset each month;
  • Unused deliverables and capacity do not roll over;
  • Priority scheduling remains subject to availability;
  • Third-party costs and Defined Services remain separate; and
  • Changes of plan or pauses take effect only after the initial commitment and the required notice.

Membership website upkeep applies only where an eligible active member has built the relevant website with IUWUH. It covers routine upkeep and up to 30 minutes of minor text or image changes per month.

That upkeep does not roll over and does not include redesigns, new pages, new functionality, complex troubleshooting, security incidents, third-party failures or emergency support.

Memberships do not include recurring monthly service credits. Instead, a one-time sign-on bonus in service value may be applied when a new membership begins:

  • Starter: S$20 service bonus;
  • Growth Partner: S$50 service bonus; and
  • Embedded Team: up to a 10% rebate in service credits.

Sign-on bonuses may stack based on the length of the initial commitment agreed at onboarding. The membership confirmation states the total applied.

Sign-on bonuses and any service credits:

  • Are applied once at onboarding and do not renew monthly;
  • Have no cash, refund, transfer or withdrawal value;
  • Apply only to eligible IUWUH professional service fees;
  • May be used for eligible Defined Services or approved service top-ups;
  • May offset the fixed professional fee for Grant Machine;
  • Cannot offset the percentage component of Managed Procurement;
  • Cannot pay suppliers, contractors, crew, software, printing, advertising spend, venues, freight, GST, duties, warehousing or other third-party costs;
  • Are available only while the qualifying membership remains active;
  • Remain subject to scheduling and service availability; and
  • Require payment of any balance exceeding the available credit.

The applicable quotation will confirm whether a service is eligible and how the credit is applied.

11. Third-Party Providers and Specialist Services

IUWUH may coordinate external designers, developers, videographers, accountants, tax specialists, lawyers, logistics providers, inspectors, technicians, facilitators and other providers. This capability is described as “Sourcing & Specialist Coordination”.

The quotation will make clear whether:

  • The provider contracts directly with the client;
  • IUWUH engages the provider as a subcontractor; or
  • IUWUH is only coordinating communication and delivery.

IUWUH will exercise reasonable care when recommending or coordinating providers, but cannot guarantee their continuing availability, pricing or performance.

Regulated, licensed, certified or specialist work is performed by appropriately qualified providers. IUWUH does not represent itself as personally supplying legal advice, regulated accounting, tax filing, technical certification or other licensed services unless properly authorised to do so.

The client may be required to accept a provider’s own terms.

12. Confidentiality, Personal Data and Digital Access

Each party must protect non-public business, commercial, technical and personal information received through the engagement and use it only for the engagement.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • Is already public through no breach of these terms;
  • Was lawfully known before disclosure;
  • Is received lawfully from another source; or
  • Must be disclosed by law.

IUWUH may share necessary information with team members and providers involved in the engagement, subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations.

The client confirms that it has the right to provide personal data, contact lists, records and account access required for the work.

Both parties will comply with applicable personal-data obligations relevant to their role.

IUWUH may use standard cloud software, automation and AI-assisted tools where appropriate, with human review. Highly sensitive, regulated or confidential data should not be placed into a new third-party system unless the proposed handling has been agreed.

The client should provide role-based access wherever possible and remove IUWUH’s access when it is no longer required.

No internet-connected system is completely secure. IUWUH does not guarantee that third-party platforms will be uninterrupted or immune from security incidents, but will take reasonable operational precautions within the agreed scope.

These Service Terms do not replace a website privacy notice.

13. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

The client retains ownership of materials it supplies.

Once the relevant professional fees have been paid in full, ownership of final bespoke client-facing deliverables created specifically for the engagement transfers to the client, except for excluded materials described below.

IUWUH retains ownership of:

  • Pre-existing tools, methods and know-how;
  • Reusable templates, systems and frameworks;
  • Generic code, prompts, workflows and components;
  • Working files and internal documents;
  • Raw footage unless purchased;
  • Rejected or unselected concepts; and
  • Materials owned by third parties.

Where retained IUWUH material is embedded in a final deliverable, the client receives a continuing licence to use that material as part of the final deliverable for its intended business purpose.

Third-party fonts, stock assets, software and platform components remain subject to their respective licences.

IUWUH may display completed public-facing work and identify the client in its portfolio, case studies and marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing or the quotation states otherwise.

Unpublished confidential information will not be used in a portfolio without permission.

14. Growth, Marketing, Business Development and Paid Advertising

IUWUH does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, partnerships, followers, reach, engagement or advertising performance.

The client is responsible for approving:

  • Offers and prices;
  • Marketing claims;
  • Target audiences;
  • Contact lists;
  • Partnership proposals;
  • Public statements; and
  • Legally required disclosures.

Partnership introductions do not guarantee that another party will respond, negotiate or enter an agreement.

IUWUH has no authority to bind the client to a partnership or commercial arrangement without written authority.

Paid Ads Management is available only to active IUWUH members under the current service structure.

Its entry scope covers management of up to S$300 in monthly advertising spend, basic monitoring and optimisation, and a simple monthly performance summary.

Advertising spend is paid separately by the client. New creative production, landing pages, extensive campaign strategy and higher budgets are additional scope.

Advertising platforms control approvals, delivery, account restrictions and auction results. IUWUH is not responsible for a platform decision outside its reasonable control.

15. Grant Application Support

Grant Machine covers one clearly defined grant application within the accepted scope.

Unless expressly included, it does not include extensive grant research, complex financial projections, extensive evidence development, appeals, milestone reporting or post-award claims.

No grant success fee applies.

The client must:

  • Supply accurate and complete information;
  • Confirm its eligibility;
  • Review all statements and financial information; and
  • Authorise the final submission.

IUWUH does not guarantee approval, funding amount, processing time or payment.

Grant criteria, portals, deadlines and decisions are controlled by the relevant grant provider.

Grant Application Support is administrative and writing support. It is not legal, tax, audit or regulated financial advice.

16. Event Concept Studio and Event Project Management

Event Concept Studio covers:

  • Two initial concept directions;
  • Development of one selected direction into a practical concept plan;
  • Two revision rounds after selection; and
  • An indicative list of suitable suppliers and contractors.

It covers ideation and concept development only.

Unless separately quoted, it does not include supplier appointments, venue booking, production, procurement, permits, crew, equipment, fabrication or on-site delivery.

Only the selected direction is developed. Rejected or unselected concepts remain IUWUH material unless the quotation states otherwise.

Supplier suggestions are indicative and remain subject to suitability, quotations and availability.

Where Event Project Management is engaged, its professional fee is 5% of the total project value, subject to a minimum fee of S$900, unless the quotation states another structure.

For this purpose, “total project value” means the aggregate approved third-party event-delivery expenditure that IUWUH manages or coordinates, whether the client pays those parties directly or through IUWUH. It excludes IUWUH’s own professional fees and GST.

The quotation will identify which budget items are included in that calculation.

If the approved project value changes, the project-management fee may be adjusted accordingly.

Venue, production, supplier, contractor and other direct project costs remain separate.

The quotation will allocate responsibility for permits, insurance, venue compliance, crowd management, security, medical coverage, accessibility, weather planning and other safety requirements.

17. Event Crew and Staffing Support

Event Crew & Staffing Support is a customised expansion of an event engagement. It is not presented as standalone recruitment or employment-placement work.

Depending on the accepted scope, IUWUH may assist with:

  • Role and manpower planning;
  • Candidate screening;
  • Crew briefings;
  • Scheduling;
  • Communication and attendance coordination; and
  • On-site supervision.

Crew wages, transport, meals, uniforms, training, certifications, statutory employment costs and manpower-partner fees are quoted separately.

IUWUH cannot guarantee the availability, attendance, conduct or performance of an individual worker. Where someone becomes unavailable, IUWUH will make reasonable efforts to coordinate a suitable replacement, but replacement cannot be guaranteed.

Where IUWUH or an approved event partner engages the crew for IUWUH-managed delivery, responsibilities will be stated in the quotation.

Where the client intends to employ personnel directly, the client must conduct the hiring itself or use an appropriately licensed employment-agency or manpower partner where required.

The client and venue must provide a safe working environment, suitable instructions, lawful working arrangements and access to required facilities.

Specialist or certified roles must be supplied by appropriately qualified providers.

18. Content Production

Content Studio covers one focused physical shoot based on a clear direction supplied by the client.

The entry scope includes:

  • One edited photo/content album or one edited Reel;
  • Up to six hours on-site;
  • One location;
  • Standard editing; and
  • One revision round.

Creative strategy, scripting, additional locations, talent, makeup, equipment rental, set construction, permits, complex motion graphics, multiple edits, long-form video and raw footage are additional scope.

The client must secure required location permissions, talent permissions and product clearances unless the quotation allocates this responsibility to IUWUH.

Weather, venue restrictions, talent availability and other production dependencies may require rescheduling.

IUWUH does not guarantee the marketing performance of produced content.

IUWUH is not an archival service. Clients should download and back up final files after delivery.

19. Creative, Design and Websites

Creative & Brand covers a simple brand guide using the client’s existing logo and supplied direction.

Original logo design, illustration systems, mascots, campaign identities, naming and extensive applications are additional scope.

Design Support covers one design in one agreed standard format using finalised client-supplied copy and assets.

Additional pages, formats, size adaptations, copywriting, illustration and substantial concept changes are additional scope.

The client is responsible for final proofing of names, dates, prices, contact details and factual content.

Printed colours, materials and finishing may differ from on-screen previews. Physical proofs, print supervision and production are separate unless included.

Starter Website covers one responsive landing page, client-supplied copy and assets, a basic enquiry form or CTA, and one revision round.

Multiple pages, e-commerce, databases, membership systems, custom applications, copywriting and complex integrations are additional scope.

Hosting, domains, premium software, third-party integrations and transaction fees are client costs unless included.

After handover, ongoing maintenance, backups, security monitoring, software updates and third-party failures are outside scope unless an active support arrangement covers them.

The client is responsible for supplying or approving website privacy, cookie, regulatory and industry-specific legal content. IUWUH does not provide legal advice through website-building services.

20. Systems and Automations

The entry Systems & Automations scope includes:

  • Review of one business function or pain point;
  • A recommended workflow or blueprint; and
  • One simple automation or micro-tool.

Custom integrations, multi-user applications, complex databases, additional automations and ongoing support are separately quoted.

Software subscriptions, API usage, hosting and third-party licences are paid by the client.

The client must participate in testing and confirm that the workflow is suitable before operational reliance.

Third-party platforms may change features, access rules, APIs or pricing. IUWUH is not responsible for such changes, but may quote separately to adapt affected work.

Unless included, IUWUH does not provide permanent system monitoring, cybersecurity management, disaster recovery or guaranteed uptime.

21. Bookkeeping and Specialist Services

Bookkeeping Essentials is available only as an add-on to an ongoing support plan, not as a standalone one-off service. It covers:

  • Up to 30 transactions per month;
  • One bank account;
  • Income and expense categorisation;
  • Monthly bank reconciliation; and
  • A basic monthly profit-and-loss summary.

The client must provide complete and accurate records and remains responsible for business decisions, statutory filings and retention of source documents.

Unless quoted separately, Bookkeeping Essentials excludes:

  • GST registration and filing;
  • Payroll and CPF;
  • Corporate tax and ECI;
  • Annual financial statements;
  • Audit work;
  • Inventory accounting;
  • Multi-currency accounting;
  • Historical cleanup; and
  • Accounting-software subscriptions.

Regulated accounting, tax and filing work is coordinated through appropriately qualified specialists where required.

22. Supplier Search and Procurement Coordination

Supplier Search & Comparison provides an initial market view for one clearly defined product category.

Its entry scope includes requirement clarification, up to three potential supplier options, initial quotations where obtainable and a simple comparison summary.

It does not automatically include detailed due diligence, samples, negotiation, ordering, production follow-up, inspections, freight, customs, warehousing or delivery.

Supplier quotations are snapshots and may change.

Identifying or comparing a supplier is not a guarantee or endorsement of its quality, solvency, compliance or future performance.

Procurement & Delivery Coordination covers one straightforward requirement, one principal supplier, standard or lightly customised products, supplier communication, quotation confirmation, a procurement and delivery schedule, and one logistics route.

Multiple suppliers, prolonged manufacturing, extensive product revisions, complex inspections and on-site delivery management are additional scope.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • The client contracts with and pays suppliers and logistics providers directly;
  • IUWUH acts as a coordinator, not the manufacturer, seller, carrier or importer of record;
  • The client approves specifications, samples, quotations and orders;
  • Product title, risk and warranties are governed by supplier and logistics terms;
  • Import permits, product compliance and certification remain the client’s responsibility; and
  • IUWUH does not finance purchases.

A sample or inspection reduces risk but does not guarantee that every production item will be identical or defect-free.

IUWUH may help coordinate warranty or defect discussions, but does not guarantee a supplier remedy.

Production and delivery dates are estimates controlled by suppliers, carriers, customs, venues and other parties.

23. Managed Procurement

Managed Procurement uses the following published professional-fee structure for a standard engagement: S$900 project setup fee plus 10% of Supplier Purchase Value, subject to a maximum of S$3,000 in total IUWUH professional fees.

The S$3,000 maximum includes both:

  • The S$900 setup fee; and
  • The 10% percentage component.

“Supplier Purchase Value” means the final approved value of products and supplier-charged customisation, accessories, packaging and related supplier work covered by the procurement requirement.

Unless the quotation states otherwise, it excludes freight, insurance, import GST, duties, warehousing, installation, external inspections, certification and other unrelated third-party costs.

The setup fee covers mobilisation, requirements clarification and the beginning of supplier work. Once that work has commenced, the setup fee remains payable even if the client later decides not to place an order.

Payment stages for the percentage component will be stated in the quotation.

A standard engagement generally involves:

  • One principal supplier;
  • One clearly defined procurement requirement;
  • Standard or lightly customised products;
  • One primary production and delivery sequence;
  • A reasonable project duration stated in the quotation; and
  • Normal supplier communication and revision requirements.

Complex, extended, highly customised or multi-supplier engagements require a separate quotation.

IUWUH will notify the client and obtain written approval before replacing the standard fee structure because the project has become non-standard.

The professional-fee maximum does not include:

  • Products;
  • Samples;
  • Inspections;
  • Freight or insurance;
  • GST or duties;
  • Warehousing;
  • Last-mile delivery;
  • Installation;
  • Contractors;
  • Certification; or
  • Other external expenses.

The client must approve supplier quotations, specifications and samples before an order proceeds.

Clients should pay suppliers and logistics providers directly wherever practical.

External inspection or quality-control support may be coordinated where required, but is not included unless stated.

IUWUH does not guarantee:

  • The cheapest supplier;
  • A particular saving;
  • Defect-free products;
  • Supplier solvency or performance;
  • Production timing;
  • Customs clearance; or
  • Delivery dates.

Warranty, replacement and defect responsibilities are governed by the supplier arrangement and any project-specific terms.

24. Outcomes, Limitations and Liability

IUWUH does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, leads, partnerships, followers, reach, rankings, grant approval, advertising performance, savings, supplier performance or other commercial outcomes.

Results depend on the client’s offer, market, decisions, timing, information, implementation and third parties outside IUWUH’s control.

Advice and recommendations are based on the information available at the time. The client remains responsible for business and investment decisions.

Where IUWUH has failed to provide an agreed deliverable with reasonable skill and care, the client should give IUWUH a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that qualification and to the extent permitted by law:

  • IUWUH’s aggregate liability relating to an engagement is limited to the IUWUH professional fees paid or payable for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim; and
  • Neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential loss.

Third-party costs are not IUWUH professional fees for the purpose of this limitation.

This limitation should be reviewed by Singapore legal counsel before publication.

25. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, venue closure, government action, illness, industrial disruption, supply-chain interruption, carrier or customs delay, utility failure, internet or platform outage, civil disturbance and other comparable events.

The affected party should notify the other as soon as reasonably practical.

The parties will discuss rescheduling, alternative delivery or cancellation. Work already completed and non-recoverable third-party commitments remain payable.

26. General Provisions

IUWUH acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in an engagement creates a partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship or general agency between IUWUH and the client.

IUWUH may use employees, contractors and specialist providers to deliver an engagement while remaining responsible for the IUWUH scope stated in the quotation.

Neither party may assign the engagement to another party without reasonable written consent, except as part of a genuine business restructuring or transfer.

A failure to enforce a term immediately is not a waiver of that term.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

The accepted quotation, these terms and any accepted changes form the entire agreement relating to the engagement.

Changes to an active engagement must be agreed in writing.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion.

The engagement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

If a Mandarin translation of these terms is provided, it is for convenience. The English version governs unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.

27. Updates to These Terms

IUWUH may update these terms for future engagements.

An existing engagement remains governed by the version referenced in its accepted quotation unless the parties agree otherwise.

Every published version will show its version number and effective date.

28. Contact Information

Questions about these terms or a specific engagement may be sent to hello@iuwuh.sg.
