- Process it for the agreed service and according to the client’s lawful instructions

The client remains responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary authority, notices and consents to provide the personal data to IUWUH for processing.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA. IUWUH’s website and business services are primarily intended for business owners and organisational representatives.
